Rodriguez Courier Services offers expedited freight services including Premium, Expedited, and Standard options. Premium is delivery within 2 hours for critical shipments with dedicated monitoring, Expedited ensures delivery within 3 hours, and Standard provides same-day or next-day delivery for local shipments.

White Glove

Service Details
There are certain shipments that require the utmost care and attention simply because there is absolutely no margin for error. Whether you have a medical emergency, an aircraft in need of parts for emergency repair or a manufacturing facility that has gone down and in need of critical parts, our white glove service is perfect for these types of situations.


As soon as you call us and let us know of these shipments, we will take the proper actions and they will be routed to a specific individual who then continuously monitors the shipment until you know it has been delivered. This dedicated individual will provide you with a status update every step of the way.

Limits of Service

  • Available for shipments weighing up to 1500 lbs.

  • Pickup and delivery within two hours from time the order is placed/ready. (Additional time is required for shipments traveling beyond 50 miles.)

  •  We have vans to use for this service type. However, depending on the circumstances, Rodriguez Courier Services may be able to accommodate larger vehicles.

Critical

Service Details
Our service - pickup and delivery within three hours from the time your order is placed and ready. We have been doing it for more than twenty years. Rest assured; we will deliver it.


Your service request is routed to a specific team of individuals, based on the service area, who are responsible for managing your shipment. This team will identify the driver best suited for your shipment and promptly dispatch it.

Limits of Service

  • Available for shipments weighing up to 1500 lbs.

  • Pickup and delivery within three hours from the time the order is placed/ready. (Additional time is required for shipments traveling beyond 50 miles.)

  • Wide range of vehicles to choose from including cargo van and cars.

  • Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

  • Service is subject to overtime fees before 7:00 AM, after 7:00 PM, weekends and holidays.

Standard

Service Details
When you just need your shipment delivered by the end of the day and you are shipping locally, take advantage of our standard service. Place your order for pickup by noon, and we will pick it up and deliver it by 5:00 PM the same day.


If you call after noon but before 5:00 PM, we can still pick up your shipment that day, keep it overnight, and deliver it at 8:00 AM the next business day.


Limits of Service

  • Available for shipments weighing up to 1500 lbs.

  • Shipments traveling beyond 50 miles may be subject to additional fees.

  • Storage fees apply for shipments kept overnight.

  • Shipments must be scheduled for pickup by noon for same-day delivery and before 5:00 PM for next-day delivery.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

DETENTION TIME
Detention time (referred to as waiting time) may be assessed when the driver must wait at either a pickup or delivery location. A limited amount of detention time is allowed free of charge for every shipment, however, once that limit is exceeded, a charge will occur.


WEIGHT
The total weight of your shipment is an important rate factor for most service types.


APPOINTMENT TIME
An additional fee may be charged when a specific pickup or delivery time is requested. By design, we intend to pick up your package from point A and deliver it to point B as quickly as possible. For us to meet special pickup or delivery windows, we are usually required to either delay or hold a driver. 
This changes our standard operating procedure and impacts our daily operations.


OVERNIGHT STORAGE FEE
Additional fees apply to shipments that are held overnight, or over a duration of days. A flat fee is assessed for each day we hold your shipment. These fees vary by service type.
